Smoothie bowls have recently been my go to summer breakfast. They’ve been such a huge trend but tend to cost a lot. So here’s my favorite recipe that’s super easy to make!
-2 heaping cups frozen fruit
-1 fresh or frozen ripe banana
-1/2 cup coconut water or almond milk
(toppings are optional and the amount depends on your liking)
-Unsweetened coconut chips
-Unsweetened cacao nibs
This recipe is super easy to tailor to your likings and SO yummy! Also…the smoothie doesn’t always have to be in a bowl. I’ve put it in a coconut half as well as a pineapple. So get creative with it and make it your own!
